Checked the closing time was 3.30pm, called ahead at 3pm to double check some one would be there and left a msg. Arrived at 3.10pm, another lady also waiting. The young pathologist walked past us twice but still proceeded to pack her stuff up. The receptionist had to remind her she still had two patients but she said it was too late and a nurse would have to do it.
I also mentioned it was not good enough and I have my results sent to me. Clearly she had better places to be. Definately not a good reflection on Sullivan Nicolaides.
Maybe someone should explain to this yound lady how important some blood tests are and a little further training in customer service might be warranted.
