I have just had a beautiful experience here getting some blood tests and a covid screen. My veins are shocking and I can only have blood taken from my left arm after cancer treatment. The left vein was accessed 3 times yesterday so I was very nervous to go in today. The collector was warm and friendly and made me feel so much better. Plus it was totally pain free!

Took my mother-in-law here to get a Covid-19 test and the lady was extremely rude. Told us that we should drive to another one because they were extremely busy and had a big cue even though there was no one waiting! We waited and were seen to within 4 minutes, she was very cold and the service was terrible.

Had a recent investigation done here. It was on a day when some of the covid testing requirements had changed unfortunately. Many people were abusive, rude, and hostile towards the staff for something that they had no control over (changes from management/head office). The staff remained calm and professional throughout. I don’t envy the risk these workers get put through during covid. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff I encountered.
