I highly recommend Aidan. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and very considerate to make sure I felt comfortable with the pressure. He took the time after the massage to give me stretches to do, tips for self massage and also exercises to strengthen the muscles that are attributing to the pain and tightness I get.

Before visiting Aidan, I had been in pain for over 4 weeks and taking pain medication multiple times a days. I had tried physio, chiro and another massage therapist and wasn’t getting any relief or would get relief for only a day.
After visiting Aidan I have been pain free for 6 days and counting.
I will definitely be returning for maintenance massages.

12 months of chronic back pain, cortizone injection and 6 months of Physiotherapy. Two exacerbations and the potential prospect of surgery. I was at my wits end. The wealth of knowledge and understanding of the human body that Aidan has is beyond he's years, as a retired soldier of ten years countless injuries seen to by so called experts in thier field I have no issues driving the 45+ minutes for the occasional tune up so I can get back at what I do best 10/10.
