My first appointment with the support workers was extremely great and reassuring. They listened well, understood, and were extremely helpful. I have been feeling so alone and now with their support from 1st appointment with stride, I feel more hopeful that my life is going to get back on track. They give you good advise and honest in it to. Look so forward to my next appointment ?

Don't bother their website conflicts with information sent to me by email, website says they help any and everyone, nope email says they send kids to headspace which was unhelpful as well. Which they admit in an email they sent. Bad news if you or someone you care for needs help

Worst support coordinator, they leave participate when they needed most.
We ask them to prepare paperwork for funding review, then they refuse to provide services and ask us to find a new coordinator.
