I have been training with Oran for approx 8 months and, as someone also in the health industry, my mindset has shifted to my training thanks to Oran. The environment at Strength Sanctuary is also so welcoming and calming that I want to go train which has built up my consistency, the most important part of any training regime.
The gym also is green with so many plants, boasts an impressive library, available to read while in the gym, and also an impressive recovery centre.

Best gym I’ve been to. The plants throughout the facility create a fresh and welcoming environment, which really sets it apart.

The owners and staff have a strong focus on supporting members and the wider community to grow, which is something I’ve found to be quite rare. They genuinely care about helping people achieve their goals, and it shows in everything they do. Their club manager Jose has been extremely approachable and helpful.

It’s a gym that truly goes beyond just fitness—highly recommend it!

I was told to visit this gym from my wife after she said she loved it. She wasn’t wrong what an amazingly cool gym. Very different to most of your ordinary standard gyms which I love. Very jungle gym like with great positive vibes and the staff were lovely.
I met with Jose, to show me around. Top man he is.
Equipment was awesome and the recovery area was bliss.
We will be back for another visit sometime in the future thank you Strength Sanctuary team ✌🏻🫶🦍

One of the best gyms I’ve been to! Immediately as we entered the gym, we were welcomed by other members and staff. José in particular was extremely kind and went above and beyond in touring us around the gym and in answering any questions we had. Everyone was super kind and the equipment was amazing, and could not be found at most other gyms. The gym has a very unique atmosphere with all the plants around and overall, it makes lifting a very nice experience. Lastly, the recovery room is also something to see! It has a sauna, ice bath and hot tub which is perfect for post workout recovery.

Overall, great experience at this gym, I would absolutely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a community at the gym and great equipment.

I dropped in for a gym session and to use the sauna and bath house area. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable. There's a great mix of indoor and outdoor areas to choose from to do your workout. Absolutely loved a sauna and ice bath post workout, best recovery for deload week!
I'll be keeping an eye out for more Strongman equipment for the future!

The Strength Sanctuary in Brisbane is truly exceptional. Everyone here actively supports and uplifts one another, creating a welcoming and empowering atmosphere. The gym’s focus on mind, body, and spiritual growth takes the experience to an entirely new level.

The aesthetic is stunning, with its beautiful grassed areas and outdoor spaces for squats, bench press, and deadlifts. The outdoor workout I had here was absolutely unforgettable!

I have trained at a lot of gym over the past 12 years, and SS is different even amongst independent gyms. Oran and Vic have crafted a genuine community around growth, development and knowledge sharing, that allows you to grow with the community. In the two years I have been here I have seen the addition of the recovery centre (and upgrade too), the replacement of equipment for newer innovations and designs, and additions of the likes of the wall of wisdom.
No matter your training style or goals, whether you want to go it solo is in a group, the team at SS have you covered. Couldn’t recommend anywhere better 💪

I've been fortunate enough to visit Strength Sanctuary on a couple of occasions. I often find the thought of going to a gym I'm unfamiliar with to be quite intimidating. However, each time I've been to Strength Sanctuary, I was welcomed by the very friendly and accommodating team and community. They have all the equipment I look for in a gym, as well as a very relaxing recovery area. Overall, the atmosphere of the gym and the kindness of the team are next-level, far better than any commercial franchise I've been to. If it weren't for my location, I would definitely frequent Strength Sanctuary more often.
