Absolutely horrible experiences. I chose this center to be our new family doctor as recently moved from north Queensland. I attended this center with a female doctor on multiple occasions. I needed help, otherwise I wouldn't be there, after expressing what is happening, I was told I needed to find another doctor because she doesn't have time for my children and myself. If this is the case, let us know prior to making a booking and not waste out time waiting over 45mintues after our booking time.

experienceD was pathetic with one of the doctors. they dont have social skills in greeting their clients. i mean let me remind you, if this is not one of your skills you better find somewhere else to work. Receptionist is fantastic. Thank you Fiona. During consultation, I was declined of everything asked I dont mind because you have procedures and regulations to follow. but it does not suit all ages right. Well anyway. I was really upset during and after my appointment. So Dr Samer YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS.......NOT A RECOMMENDED DR TO SEE

Poor customer care and support. I have been attending this medical practice for almost 10 years and finally deciding to change to another clinic where I feel more comfortable and heard. My appts are always delayed and requesting for trivial clinical information needs to have multiple appts .

I have never been a bulk billed patient but it doesn’t make any logical sense to make unnecessary appointments and pay upfront $75 for each visitation in person. The receptionist Fiona is nice enough to fit me in to appts where possible but trying to get old results is another concern of mine. I don’t feel as a clinician myself that we need to make every single appointment for minor things as I’m wasting unnecessary fees of $75 per visit in person .

The compassion and empathy is definitely lagging behind. I suppose everyone’s unique in their own ways but I have started looking for another medical centre to get my concerns addressed as it’s my health at stake and recently I have felt the pinch with how I have been treated as a paying patient.

Doctor Jhansi was amazing. It looks like they are some bad reviews about her but I genuinely loved her. Although the receptionist looked really rude and surprisingly she was rude to one of the doctors there. The face she made after he asked her to do something was really surprising. I know people have bad days but you don’t do it in front of a patient which clearly shows how you are as a person. Also I thought it was bulk billed but not sure what happened there.

It is with a heavy heart, I have come to the point to leave the following review:

Firstly, I had a 3pm appointment with a female doctor from this practice. 45 minutes passes, and I decide to enquire on when I can expect this phone call. “She is busy and will take up to 45 minutes to get back to you, sorry”, I end up getting a call at 4:55, almost two hours following my scheduled appointment time, fair enough, you are busy, but no apology, and then proceeded to rush my 2 hour late appointment.

She failed to have basic knowledge of my previous test results, and could not provide any update on whether my new test results had any changes. I believe this is pretty basic knowledge to have.

I requested my test results to be emailed to me, since my two minute appointment provided no further insight, to which she said “No, I’m too busy”.

I cannot speak for the rest of the clinic, as reception has always been very welcoming. I just want everyone to have a doctor who cares, especially after a life altering diagnosis.

No bulk billing if you are a standard patient which it doesn’t say anywhere on the website so expect to pay $75 and wait for the $44 back even though they class themselves as bulk billing on healthengine. My appointment was an hour late no apologies from reception they just expect people to sit around all day waiting for their appointment.

I do not recommend Dr Jhansi Nekkanti. The long consultataion that I booked was extremely rushed and my issues were dismissed because I am young and "look healthy". I did not get to address everything I wanted to despite booking a long consultation. Maybe the Dr being 25 minutes late had something to do with that.

Most of the staff are all very kind, amazing and wonderful except for the dr I used to see from childhood, dr nekkanti. I haven’t mentioned it as it hurt me to this day, she talked down to me and she knows that I am autistic, I felt so scared to see and talk to her. If I tried to see another dr, she would not give me a chance to change drs.

I have moved drs now as I am far away from the Northside now and I hope that she dose change for the better.
