I have been going to Stratford Medical Centre for many years now. My doctor is Dr Jennifer Chandler who has been amazing thru my medical issues. Recently she prepared everything I needed & more when I needed to go to Cairns Base Hospital. Orthopaedics Dept were so impressed. Your professionalism, caring & your knowledge are a credit to you.

The clinic was so welcoming and warm. Did not have the sterile setting as most doctor's practices do. The front of staff were professional and calm.
The nurses were gentle and professional.
Dr Morice is approachable, easy to talk to and actually listens. His medical knowledge is exceptional. Looking around and seeing the diversity, culture and age of the patient's is a great indicator. That you are always welcomed.

I would certainly recommend Stratford Medical Centre. Staff & doctors are very pleasant and good . My favourite & regular doctor is Dr Amanda who is professional, efficient and proactive. I travel from the opposite side of Cairns just to go to this clinic and doctor.

All the atmosphere of a soviet clinic. Reception staff extremely rude. Doctors invariably late, often up to an hour, without the hint of an apology.

They were incredible and guided me through everything. They saw me promptly and was able to get same day appointment. Stayed in contact with me over the course of the week with updates and answered any questions I had. Can’t fault them at all. Also super accommodating for my two year old that was having a little meltdown as she was feeling unwell 🫶🏼
