This is absolutely terrible service!!!
I came in for an appointment as a new patient after a car accident, suffering from neck and head pain. But the doctor barely examined me, didn’t check anything thoroughly, and didn’t refer me for an X-ray or to a physiotherapist. Instead, I had to listen to 10 minutes of useless talk like “it happens” and “you’ll get better!” And for that, I was charged $75.

When I arrived at the clinic, no one at reception informed me that the appointment was paid or how much it would cost. This is wrong—you should notify people before the appointment! This is neither fair nor correct. I received no proper care from the doctor in those 5 minutes, and you expect me to pay $75 while completely disregarding Medicare. Is this even acceptable? I’m pretty sure it’s not even legal!

Saw Dr Tom. Twice now. First time he wouldnt order a ct scan for my severe pain issues.. Tried to get records from another gp instead.. Went back. due to complications the scans hadn't been forwarded. I then asked why he cant just sort a scan. Had to tell him to do his job.. Any reasonable gp with acumen would have got that scan ordered first visit. its not a cost or concern to them.. Either can't do the job well or wont. Months in and no examination or diagnostic effort whatsoever.. Avoid. If you need antibiotics with almost no examination. this is your guy..

Very grateful! I can hear again! I was visiting - from out of town and had severe ear pain. This medical center accepted new patients unlike other medical bulk bill centres. They made an appointment for me within 2 hours. Reception is clean and quiet. Masks are requested to be worn but must be brought in as they aren’t provided.

I can't believe this medical centre has such low ratings! Dr Thomas Ladbrook is an absolute gem. It's not easy to find doctors who are compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly listen to your concerns.

This practice has been my go-to medical centre for the last three years. I've never had any issues, and I'm consistently impressed by the attentive staff and the little to no wait times.

I had a great experience with doctor Rebecca W., she was perfectly on time, very attentive, kind and thorough . I didn't feel rushed at all (which is often the case these days). Appointments are available and you don't have to wait like a week. The pathology is great too, it was the easiest blood test experience I had.
