I can not express my satisfaction with Dr Ranas care. I have seen countless doctors over the years but would always leave feeling like my concerns weren't heard. Dr Rana is an extremely good listener and takes great care with providing advice and treatment. I have not been let down once and will always recommend others to see him. It is very clear Dr Rana cares for his patients.

Dr Rana is amazing! Now that we have found him, we have now switched over to him for our main family doctor as he is kind and caring when it comes to us and our 2 little girls. He is excellent and proactive in getting you on the mend asap.
The reception staff are also lovely and always try their best to fit you in where possible.

The care I had at this surgery last week was beyond anything I have experienced in a long time. They saw me after I had messed up my appointment time and booking on line. The care, understanding and friendliness from both the receptionist and doctor was amazing.

Ive been seeing Dr Samual for many years, and he is the most helpful and thorough doctors I’ve met. Love the guy!
However Leonine the receptionist has to go. I few time I’ve walked in and she has been having a personal conversation with her colleague or over the phone and had not attended to me straight away. Anyone knows I’m customer service that personal conversations are not the priority. I also once asked her if they were open on a Saturday and she “Well no. We need a break too you know” in a very rude tone....

I rang up and booked an appointment for my sick child over the phone and confirmed the appointment before I hung up. Arrived for the appointment and they knew nothing about it even though I confirmed with reception that I had rung the correct phone number they could not do anything about it. Wasted my time and money on fuel driving here and have to wait for another day to get in very unprofessional!

Absolutely horrid experience with the old lady who is the receptionist and the practice manager apparently, Leonie. I called up looking to book an appointment and turns out i couldn't book in which was fine, i didn't argue against it but when i was about to ask her where do i go from here she hung up on me, so i called her back (keep in mind this is a receptionist/practice manager of Stockland Medical Centre Glendale) and I said I think you accidentally hung up on me and she then proceeded to be extremely rude and before I could speak she hung up again? does anyone have any advice on who I can get in contact with in order to resolve this problem? i can't stress this enough if customer service is not the role for you Leonie, then why are you in it? put the gloves down love.

I saw Dr Rana this morning at the Stockland Medical Centre. I was able to get an appointment right away - I was in before my appointment time, he was professional & very polite.
I'd recommend these guys.

Leonie is absolutely amazing! She runs that centre and does a bloody good job at it!
I have so much respect for her and what she does. Ive seen the type of people she has to deal with on a daily basics and she helps them in everyway!
