Worst medical practice in Australia. Never in my life of 45yrs have I come across such a ridiculous practice. They can’t even call you to make an appointment when your results come in, you have to call them every day to find out.

My family and myself have been coming here for years. We love seeing doctors Ramin very much. He’s such a sweet, caring man with all patients big and small. He takes a holistic approach and recommends natural alternatives as well as pharmaceutical options also which I really appreciate. Very knowledgeable and a great bedside manner. We saw Dr Ishak today for my daughter Jannah and he was amazing with her and encouraged her to get on the scales and let him check her ear. All in all super happy with the clinic and will continue to come for as long as I can.

I had cause to query why my recent Covid innoculation hadn't appeared on my Medicare innoculation record.I found the receptionist to be obliging and passed on my request for the practice manager to contact me in this regard.The practice manager was polite efficient and a pleasure to deal with,she ensured the issue was fully resolved by the next morning.
All of this was in addition to the efficient polite treatment I received at the time of the innoculation by Dr.Huynh and the nurse who administered it at the time.

I don’t normally write a review but this got to be the worst clinic I have ever been to!! Doctor Ishak kept me waiting for 2 hours while I have a baby crying! Another day, I was waiting for him for 1+ hours and he went to “meeting”!I also waiting almost 2 hours and the clinic pathology closed and was unable to do blood test! Its Absolutely the worst idea coming here and it’s like 9th vist !! If you want to go to this clinic make sure you have plenty of time to spare and you have no baby who crying!

Receptionist needs to know the value of patient call. We are not calling a grocery store to check the availability of product but a medical center for appointment.
I can't remember who i talked with on 27/5/19 at 10:36am from the clinic. I asked, If I could have an appointment for my son and she said it is fully booked on the day but she will call me back if there is any cancellations. I waited the whole day and next day I ring to ask the clinic for the appointment. She tells me it is booked for another 2 days. I think a courtesy call would be expected from the professionals at the least. I would have booked for 28/5 where on my first call she said she have a free slot for that day.
We have been visiting the center for last 4 years and all GP were exceptionally great. It is just a suggestion to the team to have some coordination so that we get correct information.
