Best Gym in the region. Always clean, Air conditioned, easy parking, enough new equipment to satisfy even a pro bodybuilder, easygoing staff, community feel. The proper 5 star gym experience.

Such an amazing Gym! They have state of the art equipment, very friendly staff and members (no intimidating members like other gyms I've been to in the past) and the place is immaculate. I've done the 30 day challenge with Kathy, and I've lost 8kg. It wasn't even hard to be honest. Kathy made my program managable for me so I could fit it in with my busy life. I'm going to do the 30 day challenge again, this time I'm going to really apply myself, I am so excited!

My Princess attends this Gym at least 5 times a week. She is always keen to go, Rain, Hail or Shine. She says that Cathy and her team are professional, helpful and thoughtful. The Gym is well organised, clean and has a good selection of equipment. She loves it.
