While I've enjoyed going here in the past, I was triple-charged (by accident), and one of the additional charges has not been refunded. I've followed up several times with Stay Elite in writing, but have not received any response. It's been several months now. Extremely unfortunate, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Has so much potential and a is really good wellness centre. Definitely best in area especially if chasing an ice bath as well. I really wanted to give this a 5 star but the crowding just brings it down for me. I really recommend the facilities but some days they over book or allow extra people in and it can be hard to get sauna time or an ice bath in your paid time slot. Was recently there and they had 10 people in the Nordic room at one point and 7 for the remainder of our hour.

Other wise really enjoy the range of modalities and pricing is fair

My friend and I purchased a session for eachother to wind down after a busy few months and it was exactly what we needed. The space is beautiful and so calming! Not to mention the staff are amazing and so friendly. Highly recommend. Treat yourself!

My experience at stay elite was really good. I have had magnesium float which was very relaxing. I also have had the best massage ever in my life. I woke up with a sore neck and all muscles were so tight and now I have no pain hallejuah. The massage guy John was so caring, very knowledgeable and compassionate. He not into weird spiritual stuff idk rieki stuff where they try inject there spirtual gibberish into you as some massage therapists are which turns me off ever wanting to get a massage. He very safe and trustworthy. Very healing, my experience was really good overall. I definelty felt relaxed afterwards.

First timer, we were met by Lisa on arrival and she was very professional but also very friendly showing us around her centre prior to a massage and float. Massage was one of the best that I have had in a long time. Amanda is great. Float was the perfect temperature and so relaxing. Would throughly recommend Stay Elite for your next pamper. I will definitely be back.
