If it were up to me I wouldn't even give 1 star. I phoned in more or less I'm tears from being in pain wanting to make an appointment. The women that answered had absolutely no empathy, seemed annoyed that she even had to do the basics of her job. Any day I asked for, she said was unavailable and yet wouldn't tell me any days that were, it was like speaking to a brick wall. She spoke to me in such a belittling and condescending manner, I would go as far to say she spoke to me with little to no human decency. Disgusting to have such a person as the face of practical care.

Going off of waiting times, appointment was booked an hour ago, got here 20 minutes early and am still waiting to be seen. Pretty ridiculous, I get doctors aren't able to predict how long sessions are going to take but the whole point of booking an appointment is to be seen at that time and has disrupted the rest of my day
