Receptionist booked a flu shot for me. I came in on the specified date and there was no nurse available to administer. They didn’t know when a nurse would be available either. Incompetent.

EDIT: I made a booking today online and the DR NEVER CALLED ME. I walked to their clinic to see they have their roller shutters closed. Why was I able to book an appointment? Makes no sense.

This service is by far the worst drs surgery I’ve ever been at.
My young child needs her covid vaccine
First appointment we went in to be told they rang me and can’t do the appointment.
Which they never.
Second appointment they called changed the time twice the day before. On the day an hour before called in to be told no they can’t do it.
Third time was yesterday the reception called and said there was an emergency come back tomorrow
Then the forth was today.
I called in advance reception said yes you still have your child’s appointment
I went inside and again asked if everything running on time as I have my mum and small baby in the car waiting for us in the heat. We was waiting and waiting I said are we next she said yes.
An hour later saying this is ridiculous. It’s hot she said she’s speaking to her manager then goes around the room telling people the dr isn’t coming. He was at a different practice and now his tired wants to go home. What kind of practice are you guys running. 1 man was mucked around 7 times
This isn’t a good service. How can you do this to people who need care. The reception also I understand she’s doing her job but like I told her she needs to explain the situation better
If there was no dr she should of said so I would of just left. Ridiculous
I will never go back to this practice again.

I’ve been there for COVID vaccinations. It was a little bit overtime! Anyway, they directed me into the hubs and I got the job done very easy than I think! The staff are very friendly and professional. Thank you so much for everything you did and doing.

DO NOT BOTHER!! I booked an appointment for today at 10am, was called at 9:20am to say the Dr would not be available until 1pm. At 2:25pm I still had not been called by the Dr. I tried to call the receptionist 5 times in 15 minute period and the line was constantly engaged. After finally getting through the receptionist advised me that the Dr is not available today and would need to reschedule for tomorrow.

I booked a phone appointment with the doctor 2 days ago online for my mother and she was waiting almost 5 hours for a call with multiple calls to reception saying the doctor is too busy to call today. what was the point of the appointment. highly unprofessional will not be coming back.

One of the worst medical centres ever! Waiting for over an hour and the doctor didn't even show up. I complained and the receptionist finally decided to call the doctor to see where he was, only to find out he wasn't coming in because he was sick. In total wasted 1.5hrs of my time!! Pathetic practise!

Hopeless reception staff who provide incorrect information to patients, disengaged with patients and totally uninterested in being there. I'm going to stop going there unfortunately due to the unprofessional and uselessness of the reception staff. Appalling!!!
