This was my first visit to this practice.

The practice is neat and clean. The consulting room is spacious and well-organised.

The receptionists are friendly, well-trained, and very professional. The doctor is thorough and has a good bedside manner.

However, the practice deserves better visibility. The directions on Google Maps are misleading, as they direct visitors to Post Office Lane. Additionally, the street view suggests that the entrance is near Woolworths, which adds to the confusion.

The main entrance on Victoria Street is cluttered with advertisements, making the practice’s name difficult to spot among other businesses.

Visitors should be aware that there is no lift access to the practice, as it is located on Level 2, which may be challenging for those with mobility issues. However, many people may not realise that the practice can also be easily accessed near the Chatswood Interchange at Level 3. Surprisingly, there is no clear signage at the entrance, which is a significant drawback for a business.

Dr Radha is very rude. Very very very unprofessional. I asked her what “shared care” looks like as It’s my first pregnancy and I am unaware , she said to me rudely, “go home and do your homework, before you come back”.
I was upset and embarrassed.
She lacks empathy and care, and is not fit for this profession.

Doctor was very good. Pathologist was good. Everything was prompt and punctual other than one of the receptionist that I had the bad luck of interacting with. Quite annoying, not at all helpful. With fake deep voice, monotone, don’t care, I am too good for you and this place barista attitude you might have seen in some coffee places. That is what you get here. If you go to this place wait and see the other receptionist, the kind one. Otherwise this is an all star place.

Yea don't go here. Years ago I went there cause I had the flu, the doc said "You look sad, let me write you something for it" (not kidding you these were his exact words). This was after he was done writing me the script for the flu meds. I didn't even say anything about being sad or depressed or anything. You can't just prescribe some psych med cus I 'looked sad'
