I have been a loyal patient of this clinic for many years, and I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional care and service provided by everyone here. From the moment you walk in, the reception staff greets you with warm smiles and a friendly demeanor. They consistently go above and beyond to accommodate appointment requests and make the entire experience as smooth as possible. Their professionalism and kindness make a great first impression every time.

The doctors are equally impressive. They take the time to genuinely listen to your concerns, no matter how big or small, and ensure all your questions are thoroughly addressed. Their approachable and compassionate nature creates a welcoming and supportive environment, making it easy to feel comfortable discussing any health-related matters. They never rush through appointments and always prioritize patient care, which is a rare quality.

Over the years, I’ve found every aspect of this clinic to be top-notch, from their customer service to their medical expertise. Whether it’s a routine check-up or something more urgent, I always leave feeling confident that I’ve received the best possible care. If you’re looking for a clinic that genuinely values its patients, I wholeheartedly recommend this one—five stars across the board!

Worst place ever, I would give a 0 star if I could and if you want to be treated rudely, go here. Reception staff are extremely rude, arrogant and passive aggressive. No customer service skills whatsoever. Reception manager had the audacity to call me rude and speak to me in a condescending tone. I asked to put through a complaint and Fiona responded with ‘oh I’d love to hear all about it’ sarcastically. I went in for my appoint and caught Marian staring at me out the corner of my eye so I looked at her and she just kept eyeballing me. I mentioned it made me feel uncomfortable and she responded with ‘you were staring at me first’ and shrugged her shoulders. Reception staff need a refresher on how to interact politely and respectfully with customers. Absolutely disappointing and disgusted.

36 years of great service. Not a single occasion where i have been disappointed in service in fact on a many occasions i have been gob smacked as to the extent of care given. No matter how far i have needed to drive or how crook i felt it has always been worth the effort.Yes sometimes you need to wait a while so what i understand that the other patient in the room is getting the correct amount of care as they need and i am happy to wait my turn Doug your the man and i will be seeing ya today

I have read all these reviews and have to agree with all the comments about not been able to get in for an appointment. I have been trying for 10 years and no luck. It looks like you have to wait until one of the comments who have been going for 35 years to move to greater pastures. Very very disappointed. It really doesn't say much for the running of the clinic.
At least its great to go and get my blood taken.

Unlike the other reviewer (who, I might add has left 13 reviews on Google+ - all of them negative - possibly one of life's perpetually miserable people), I've been going to this clinic for the past 15-16 years and although you often do have to wait, I wouldn't go anywhere else. My GP, Dr Doug Spence, is one of the kindest. caring and most thorough GPs I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. Yes, you may have to wait a little while to see these doctors, but that's because they actually CARE - a real dying art in this day and age of everyone wanting to be everywhere yesterday and all a lot of doctors worry about is the money they are making.

My suggestion? If you regularly see a GP here (as I do monthly), if possible, make your appointment in advance and the first appointment of the day (around 8:00 am). That way you don't have to wait and/or make it a littte later (before 9:00 am). Contrary to the perception of so many people, the world does NOT revolve around them (um... ego check anyone?) - sometimes we have to wait and personally I'll wait to see a GOOD doctor. I wouldn't go anywhere else - these doctors are the best in Melton.
