I have been seeing Dr Ting for a while and drive all the way from NOR to see her. She is very kind, thorough and attentive. The clinic itself is also very down to earth, non-snobby, and well-priced, which I appreciate. The staff have always been nice and professional.

Took my child for an appointment. Receptionists were dressed like they’re just gonna go for a grocery run. Been sitting waiting to be called for more than an hour only to be told they haven’t checked me in because I haven’t presented myself to the desk? No apologies whatsoever. “You should really check yourself in next time” was what I was just told. It was literally just me holding a child and an elderly lady there for a quite a while. I’m a medical receptionist myself and know to do a quick check on patients sitting at the waiting area to see if I’ve missed anyone who arrived for their appointment or if someone hasn’t shown up atleast have the common sense to give them a call and check if they’re running late for the appointment? Instead of spending time chitchatting with your fellow receptionist. If you have the time to sip on your bubble tea you should have enough time to cross check your books vs the people sitting at your waiting area. So unprofessional and lack of awareness at work.

I usually see Dr Chong for our family appointments but the way this front office has gone downhill over the years. If it continues to go this way, I might look into switching health care team.

If I could give zero stars I would. “Dr” Shew Ging Ting is easily the worst doctor I have ever had the experience of dealing with. And I use the term doctor very loosely. Was rushed out the door, given no information or answers to any of my questions I had - will never go back. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more to go somewhere decent - this place shouldn’t even be allowed to be called a medical practice. I never leave reviews like this - but after I was brushed off by the condescending reception staff I thought why the hell not.
