Care and treatment is ok, but you can never get an appointment here. Days later is never good enough when you are sick or injured. I was a patient of the Doctor here before Star took over, since then it is impossible to get a same or next day appointment. Most of the doctors don't work more than 2 days a week so good luck even having continuity with your doctor. Look elsewhere and save yourself time.

I have been coming to Star Medical for over 3 years now. I've received the best treatment that I could wish for from the Doctors and the staff. Every one there knows who I am and they are so helpful and friendly to me. I have a heart disease and they look after me very well. I'm sent SMS reminders when I need a check up, which is very handy. I have no complaints about their service in the time that I've been going there. I will continue to keep going there as I'm very satisfied with this practice.

When I arrived for my appointment the person at reception asked me (loudly and in front of other patients) if I was there for an abortion! The nurse had to Google “hives” and I had to explain it was a symptom of anaphylaxis. Surely this is basic knowledge, the lack of which could potentially be dangerous. Quite disorganized and unprofessional.

Very unprofessional and rude staff No manners, specially careless and cheat doctors. I visited this center three times and the first time when I was explaining to Doctor about the rash on my hands I saw she was not listining and was busy printing a form which she asked me to sign and when i asked what is the form about she told me that I will get free massage. Later I found out that she gets about $240 commission for that. I complained to the owner of clinic and refused to make appointment with same doctor but next time when I went there I was forced to wait 55 minutes over my booking time although there was nobody in the waiting room and nobody in doctors room and i could hear the doctor was on phone chatting to her friend about personal matters. Which I complain again but she was laughing and told me she was busy. Anyway third time when I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and 15 minutes pass my appointment still I was waiting with no patients in doctor's room or in the waiting room I asked the receptionist to cancel my appointment and I walked out. Be aware you will be force to take unnecessary medical tests and your consultations time will be long deliberately and you will be ask to sign forms for treatment which has no relation to your condition. Stay away from this unprofessional and cheat business.
