I'd like to let the owner know that every time I present myself for diabetes they dont have the test stripes, It would be advisable to have backup stock for diabetic needs. Also some staff are not very obliging to your customers. But Robby is extra helpful in the pharmacy follow his footsteps.

I have been using this pharmacy for many years, and the staff are always helpful, courteous and kind, even though they are always run off their feet. The pharmacists are always helpful and generous with their time, to ensure you always understand your medications. Cannot recommend this pharmacy highly enough. The people always make the difference.

Didn't have my script so just sent me off with something else, opened it up when I was in my remote location for work, now can't get my medication for 3 weeks. When I asked them they just said they were sorry about that.

Star Discount Chemist is our local chemist, good range of products, very helpful and friendly staff, easy parking and competitive pricing.
We always endeavour to support our local businesses, especially if the availability of our needs are met .
Highly recommended.

Gold lotto, Powerball, scratchies etc. now available from our local Star Discount Chemist, same friendly service and no need to make the trip to the main shopping centre, Bellara or Bongaree.

I find the staff are wonderful. They will give great advice on anything you ask. Sally-Ann and Rob are brilliant people and they care as do all the staff. Aisles are wide enough for wheel chairs and they also have the lotto there. Love shopping there. 🥰

Honestly they have been AMAZING! I have a spinal disease and it's hard to find a NEW local doctor that is willing to take me on as a patient so I have been getting my old doctor to email the scripts since my move to the island in the last half of this year.

They have always received them and processed ready for collection. (So Inna bad pain day it's a simple in and out to collect my meds).

The staff are always friendly and helpful and it's a convenient location with plenty of parking.

Definitely recommend them👍👍
