Zero stars is more appropriate. Horrible service would not recommend. I arrived at 7:55pm last night and was told they were closing at 8pm. They refused to see me and also did not provide me with information on where I could go to see another doctor at that time. I have a newborn baby and finding time to go to the doctors is not easy. Very disappointing that they advertise open till 9pm and decide to close early.

Dr Nilukshi Siribaddana is a nice doctor. She lets me talk about my symptoms and listens to it attentively and started checking my throat, my chest & my back making sure my lungs & chest are working fine . Also asked me to do 2 blood tests since she is worried I might have Covid but it turns out I was not but another test, I will go speak with her tomorrow. She told me to keep drinking warm water and eat honey for my cough and asked me to use a sort of spray for my sore throat which I can get from chemist and for fever, paracetamol but overall, the receptionist is also alright and the doctor is good so I am happy to give 5 stars .

I recommend not visiting this practice. The female GP should not be giving advice. She told me something must be wrong with if my arm is still sore after 2 months told me should couldn't help and opened the door. I severely fractured my humerus. All other Drs have told me it's normal for it to still be painful and that this break us fairly rare and it will take a while to heal. I couldn't believe her discusting behaviour. I went there because they were the only practice open on a public holiday near me, and I needed a script and wanted advise.

It was completely empty, and I can see why. She did not have enough knowledge and made me worried something was wrong. She also hardly looked at the hospital discharge papers, only glanced at it for a few seconds. She should not be giving advice, and the service was the worst I've ever seen from a GP!

Totally Unprofessional and waste of time. As we walk in the receptionist suggests that doctors is on break and will be available in 20-25 minutes. We decided to wait and filled the form. We waited for about 45 minutes and asked her still she is not sure when the doctor will come. Her reply was maybe in 10 minutes.
They don’t care of other people time, they are after their business. Very disappointed by this behaviour. Next time please make sure that you have a doctor which is available in 20-25 minutes and let the customer know otherwise say them it’s not available or it will be available in 1 hour.

Booked for HIFU whole face (express)
I thought the treatment would be smooth not in hurry matter.
Because i asked in their fb msger on how long is the treatment the reply was 45-50 depends.
But on there add its 60mins
But the actual treatment i had was less than 30mins
That’s is what we called express treatment.
Thats why the PROMO half the price because it is also half the service

A bit of a wait. But it was worth it when we seen Dr Nilukshi. She made us feel very comfortable and did what was best for us. She did our blood test on the spot even tho it was a Saturday evening. Witch I have never had done at a GP before. In the past they always always send me away to get it done so I was very impressed. Would highly recommend.
