On 22 April 2025 around 10:30, l came to reception for my GP appointment, the reception tall lady with a nose ring in the middle of the nose with black frame eye glasses was so rude and unprofessional asking for my details and upon giving her details she was so rude telling me off. I was surprised how could you employ a staff that can’t even speak to patients properly upon their arrival, I had panic attack and traumatised with her unprofessional behaviour. I strongly believe she was taking off her personal / family issues on us.
I strongly believe she needs extra counselling and more training how to speak and deal with patients.

Note: As an Australian Citizen we should have no racism.

The worst experience you can face from the receptionist. When you call reception for appointment they say we donot take appointments please walk in . When you walk in They ask don you have appointment sorry Dr is fully booked.
I ready fail to understand what is the problem with them its such a bad thing. Worst experience.

This Medical Centre is amazing with very professional staff and excellent customer service. Usually in any others Medical Centres there is an extra waiting time when you attend the centre for a Doctor appointment, at this one you get the Doctor visit on the right time. I will recommend this Medical Centre to anyone that lives in the area.

Our family doctor for quite a number of years now is Dr Guillerma De Leon. She’s a smart, very knowledgeable doctor with expertise who treats her patients with compassion, empathy and understanding.

Reception people were lovely. My partner was in a lot of pain and still is due to a tooth and wanted it pulled out to be done with it. They did nothing for the pain and was very forceful with going opposite on what he wanted. They had no consecpt of money as we have said number of time we don't have money for their option and think we have money to throw fortnightly yet have 4 kids to look after and coming into Christmas worse timing. It was very one sided and they did not listen to what my partner wanted and now is in more pain with nothing to easy the pain away.

The Gp said she is uncomfortable to give me a medical certificate because she has no access to my previous records. But I provided her with my earlier GP's referral letter that has my present and past history. Even then she wanted to be uncomfortable. Her explanation has no logic. Then GP began giving me unasked for social advice that I should visit some other GP clinic of her choice or go back to my previous practice and seek a different doctor. It was frustrating and disappointing when a clever doctor gives illogical reasons, and act on primitive instinct.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Root Canal Treatment

I can’t thank Dr. Radhika enough for the outstanding care she provided to my brother. My brother was in severe pain and hesitant about getting a root canal, but Dr. Radhika and her team were incredibly patient and reassuring. They explained everything clearly, made him feel comfortable, and performed the procedure with great skill.

Despite his initial fear, my brother experienced minimal discomfort during the treatment and is now pain-free.I highly recommend Dr. Radhika to anyone in need of dental care—especially for complex procedures like a root canal.
