Again I had to wait an hour past my appointment time to see the doctor. This happens all the time. I understand that the doctor’s time is important, but so is the patient’s. The clinic should have better time management for their doctors so they don’t overbook. There are signs in the clinic to respect the staff, but I feel the staff do not respect the patients. When I paid the bill, the staff member didn’t ask if I had a debit card to put the claim on and just assumed. As I paid with credit card the claim had to be cancelled. I asked for a copy of the Medicare claim and was told I would have to wait an additional 5 minutes, it was obvious that she just didn’t care.

I've been seeing doctors here ever since my previous GPs practice merged to become part of Stafford City doctors. I've only ever had positive experiences with the doctors here and my current GP ( Dr Jacqui Kelly) is amazing. She never rushes me, has a lovely gentle caring manner and is very knowledgeable.

I would highly recommend Stafford City Doctors practice to anyone who wants great medical service with fabulous doctors and staff who are always so friendly and welcoming. I have been going there for many many years and Dr Brian Donohoe was my fabulous doctor, now retired. There will be another wonderful doctor there to see to my health needs.

Great Doctors Practice. I can easily book an appointment with my preferred doctor at a day and time that suits me. The doctors run very close to time yet give you their undivided attention. The front office staff are efficient, proficient, capable and caring.

As there are so many G P s at Stafford City Doctors, I seek continuity with my consultations. Also in my position I need to get all the regular tests done and up to date.
I would have thought that with my coronary issues at the Specialist, that a G P might have been curious about what my blood pressure might be?

Dr Jenny Duncombe is the most caring and down to earth GP that both my wife and I have ever been involved with
She has always gone beyond what I would call a general duty of care
We are able to seek advice remotely which means a lot as we live 900km from her surgery

I drive 45 mins to get to Stafford City doctors! I see Dr Duncombe and she is amazing! So clever, kind and compassionate. I feel like I’m talking to an old friend and that she really cares about me. Highly recommend! The reception staff are amazing and the booking process and payment system is simple.

I've been seeing Dr. Jackie Kelly ever since I fell ill in June - and although it can sometimes be a little wait to see her, I promise you, she's worth it and every penny.

I've struggled to find a regular GP in Brisbane for years that was knowledgeable, experienced and still genuinely cared for the patients they work with. It was a super difficult task a woman, but seeing her solved this issue.

Although I've had issues for months, I'm so glad I'm working with her to investigate it. Even when seeing specialists, they remark how thorough and on the ball she is when looking into everything we've done.

I cannot sing her praises enough. I've also always had a great experience dealing with reception - if you've been thinking about giving this clinic a try - please do.
