If you want the best customer service and great eye care, absolutely walk-in or book to have an appointment with S & S, Stockland! Truly—not just super polite, with self-efficacy & laughter when choosing frames—they took the time to make the near impossible happen (computers & machinery issue: resolved)! I was travelling through Townsville and had a concern regarding my right eye. The staff at Stacey and Stacey were polite and exceptionally friendly. They were able to fit me in with short notice and the Optomitrist was exception is answering my questions and concerns and offering me advice. I would highly recommend them.

Just walked in and we're looked after extremely well. Both got eye tests done straight away. They were very professional the way they went about looking after us. Have been to all their major competitors and they left them for dead with their great service. Do yourself a big favour and go to see them if you need glasses.

Sold a faulty pair of sun glasses waited around in the waiting area for 15 min to get little to no service.
Requested a new lens on sunglasses and missing screw to be replaced or a replacement pair.

I cannot speak highly enough about Stockland Stacey & Stacey. As a visiting Victorian there were some issues of concern for me ordering prescription glasses, however the staff were brilliant and so obliging addressing all my concerns in a friendly, good humoured and efficient manner. I will definitely return to the store if I return to Townsville in the future.
