I had a fall and had to go to emergency. I was welcomed in a professional and kind manner by both the administrative staff and the nurses. The doctor immediately examined me and subjected me to accurate checks in a short time and with great professionalism. I received a lot of attention and care. All the staff is very good.

Went to St. Vincent's for a pulmonary issue and was impressed from the start. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming, and the er nurses were incredibly patient. The resident doctor who examined me was thorough and attentive to detail, which made me feel confident in the care I received. If you're looking for a hospital with a top-notch pulmonary department, St. Vincent's is the place to go!

Had a great experience at the Emergency Ward at St Vincents. We arrived with out daughter (9mo old) with fever, they made a quick triage, and had a doctor examined her less than 15 minutes after we entered.

The people in the waiting room were being offered coffee/tea/water and everything worked perfectly.

I had a very positive experience at the St Vincent’s hospital. The staff were consistently professional and compassionate, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. A standout aspect of our experience was Dr. David Roy, a cardiologist, whose exceptional care made a significant difference. From the moment we arrived, Dr. Roy’s expertise and compassionate approach provided reassurance and clarity. His dedication to my husband’s care, combined with the hospital's supportive environment, contributed to an excellent overall experience. I highly recommend both Dr. Roy and the hospital at Vincent for their outstanding service and patient-focused care.

Quite possibly the WORST hospital i've ever been to. 6hrs+ of waiting time just for an xray of my dislocated toe WHICH i had to leave due to the excruciating wait. No one should ever have to wait for 6hrs just for an xray. Truly terrible. Do not come to this hospital unless you want to have your time wasted.

My experience was that I had to wait until my symptoms were extreme before they were addressed, and then still had to wait additional days on top of that. Appendicitis turned septic thanks to their delays. My symptoms after surgery became worse and more severe, only to be ignored. One bossy nurse with zero beside manner and an inability to listen provided zero explanations, didn't do what the doctor told me, and scorned me for following the doctors orders. All the staff showed reluctance to treat basic things such as dehydration and it's resulting constipation. While there were a few standout nurses and aestheticians, I mostly felt like an unimportant number, not a person. I hope I don't have to come back.

I go to St Vincent's Heart & Lung Clinic. The Nurses, O/T and Staff are Terrific. My doctor is Dr Abbott, he is Exceptional ! I know I am in good hands when I go to this Clinic. The only problem with the public hospital, is that it needs another Food place.

My personal experience at St Vincent’s Hospital was definitely not up to standard.
I was diagnosed with a tumor less than 1cm in size. The specialist involved let my tumor grow to 17cm without offering me any treatment. I eventually lost the middle lobe of my left lung. Then after surgery I was referred to chemotherapy to a doctor who had 3 class actions against him.
Class actions at St Vincent’s Hospital Bathurst Hospital and Orange Hospital.
I believe in Right and Wrong with no comprises in the middle. I would like to name the doctors involved but I believe that would be unfair. As the surgeons who performed my operation where caring and excellent.
