I had an excellent experience with Dr. Seyedmasoud Zafarhosseini in St Mark's Medical Center. He was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled doctor.

Personally for me this review relates to the Psychologist that operates out of this clinic (not the Drs or other staff) . I found him to be extremely unhelpful with appointments for a duration of 10-15 minutes max. It came
To light a friend of mine saw him for completely different reasons and he sent him the same ANTs article about cognitive behavioural therapy. It clearly a cookie cutter approach to psychotherapy/a sweat shop for him getting patients in and out without any intervention modalities or thoughts about other people’s experience. I found it a bit suspicious when I asked about an ADHD assessment he advised me to bring cash in. I personally wouldn’t confide in him with my mental health.

First time visit, a wonderful experience.
I called up on the same day and was greeted by a friendly receptionist. They secured my appointment as bulk billed and took my details over the phone as a new patient. They also sent me a digital form to my mobile which was easy to use. Then upon my arrival the practice was clean and warm. The doctor was very helpful and talented.

Highly recommend this place.

Made an appointment for a vaccine shot yesterday for a possible appointment the next day. Whilst I was booked for it, unfortunately the email confirmation for the 10 AM booking reached me at 9.58 AM. And it came whilst I was in the shower. Fortunately the receptionist at the clinic called and encouraged me to atyend even if it would be already past 10.30 AM by the time I get there. So in future perhaps there should be enough lead time between the advice and the appointment.
Appointment was arranged through HotDoc however so I am not pointing a finger. No harm done.
The Clinic itself is wholesome and was pretty quite at the time.
