Very experienced, friendly staff. This has been my "Local GP" for many years now and I always come away feeling looked after and feel I can ask questions and get a good explanation. Never been rushed through and feel comfortable with any of the staff that work there if my particular GP is not available. Can't recommend enough.

I have visited the clinic for a consultation. The doctor, dr Fu was very professional and I was very satisfied with the treatment.
But the reception is extremely rude. I was actually shocked how they treat the patients. They have miscommunication problem between the reception staff and at the end I was being looked fool. Once I called the clinic, wanted to talk to the doctor but he wasn't available. I was promised to give a call back which never happened even it was important. They just simply never passed my message to the GP.
Other than that. They desperately trying to book in more patients to fill up the diary. I have explained them so many times that I have a specialist already, so I don't need to see my GP. It seemed like they finally understood that when I got an other phone call that I need to see the doctor so I got appointment which I cancelled again. In total they gave me 2 unnecessary appointment.
So although dr Fu is an excellent doctor I don't think I want to go back again facing this rude reception. They definitely should get customer care training if they want to keep the patients or getting new ones. And they should making notes for themselves to know who they should call and who the shouldn't. Or passing informations to each other. Just to let you all know that Im not being smart saying all this, I am a receptionist myself and this behavior is unacceptable.

I visited this medical centre twice in 2013 and on both occasions my consultation went fine with the doctor that I saw. This is not a review on the doctor it is about the practice and I must say the receptionists there are so rude it is almost comical. Think upper-middle class Australian versions of Patsy and Edina, two ladies who clearly think that you the lesser mortal is disturbing their time just by asking for an appointment. As though that is not part of their job description. Each time I have been subjected to pleasantries in the form of criticising me for not following the correct procedure in some way or another. God help you if you book a short consult when it is supposed to be long.

Let's face it, with the OLD management this place was BAD NEWS due to the abominably rude managers. If it wasn't for my wonderful GP I would have given up going there. But if you were put off back then, give the new management another chance. They've really turned it around and deserve a fair go after taking on the business, which was probably no easy feat given the previous managers. I always see the same GP but when she's been unavailable I have seen some of the others too and every single one of them has been great! Caring, patient, not making you feel like they're churning patients in and out, actually listening to you-that's sadly hard to find these days! I've been going here ever since I was born (30yrs!) and even though I don't live nearby I still drive over there because whenever I've tried going elsewhere they just don't live up to the same standard. Guess I've become spoiled over the years 🙂 thanks you guys!
