The nurse who assisted me in removing my stitches was really nice and friendly. The wait time is something you guys have to look into. I have a 4:50pm appointment but was seen at 6pm. If the Gp is running late or not be able to come on time, it would be very helpful if you have another Gp that can help.i had to approach the front desk to ask about my turn and find out that the doctor will be late and then she apologised .

Great for an emergency as I could avoid going to the over crowded Midland hospital. Did X-rays and plaster cast onsite, had a follow up appointment a week later with another X-ray. Very pleased, no complaints

Had an appointment booked for a vaccine and the doctor was a little late but given how busy they were I couldn't complain. The nurse Jo immediately understood I was in a bit of a rush though due to the wait so she organised what I needed ahead of seeing my doctor. All the staff were incredibly friendly and doing all they could to keep everyone moving through without compromising their level of care.

I recently visited SJOG Urgent Care in Midland and found the centre very acceptable. It was easy to find, plenty of parking was available right out front and it was cool and clean inside. The receptionist and Dr that I saw were professional and caring. I could not fault the experience and would recommend this centre.
