Our experience at the clinic could not have been smoother. I realize we had a bit of luck on our side but Marie and her colleagues were able to fit us in to see Dr. A (I believe). He was so kind and thorough. When we finished up, the clerks at the billing desk were wonderful. One was being trained and she was clearly picking up that the trainer was explaining. Both were very warm. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

What an amazing experience. From booking the appointment (we got an appointment in less than an hour on a Saturday), to very reasonably priced, friendly and competent staff and then the Doctor who saw us. Listened very carefully to everything we said, did not just dismiss it as a viral infection but gave us very good advice on how to treat it. Made us feel very at ease.

When my wife recently needed treatment for a very debilitating bacterial respiratory infection we visited this clinic on two occasions and was seen very promptly by a Dr Makan.
The Dr could not have been more thorough and caring. A real credit to her profession.
Waiting times were brief and the staff were very polite and helpful.
The only exception although professional the radiographer seemed to need a happy pill herself.
I would recommend this establishment to anyone particularly compared to the difficulties involved in seeing your own GP in reasonable time and the impossible situation in our hospital EDs
I am a retired Paramedic and RN and have experienced all the aspects of our medical services in Perth and other parts of the country and I say to the staff and management of this facility, WELL DONE.

I did not realise seeing a doctor would ever be such a wonderful experience. The receptionist (I believe her name is Michelle but I can’t exactly recall) was absolutely warm and lovely. I saw Dr Gemma who was equally warm and lovely. Amazing experience over all. All of my future GP appointments will be booked here.

I had to visit the clinic during a very difficult moment, and I can’t thank the staff and doctors enough. They were so kind, attentive, and truly caring. Being far from home, it meant the world to feel so supported and looked after...not just physically, but emotionally too. This kind of compassion is rare and so appreciated. Highly recommend!

I never have an issue here. However my daughter went to urgent care, was basically dismissed by the attending Dr. Turns out her foot was fractured. So I guess it depends on who you see as to your experience. The front desk reception is always very polite and nice.

i usually don’t post reviews but i had to for this one! I’d like to shout out to the all the staff there especially Dr Grace Giraudo. Hands down she provided the best service and was thorough about everything. Plus points for the nurse there who handled my vaccine so effortlessly! best clinic ever i’m definitely going back there ❤️
