honestly no one should be waiting 4 hours in an emergency room as it is called “emergency” for a reason.
had so much pain and no one seemed to care.
disgraced at the staff. the receptionist was extremely rude.
whats the point of emergency room if we are waiting 4 hours? we might as well call an ambulance.
do better.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the ladies who attended to me this morning between 7 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

I couldn’t catch all of their names, but from the receptionist to the nurse and doctor, everyone was great!

I arrived feeling very anxious because I was feeling unwell, but they were very patient with me, and I left feeling much better!

The care I received was excellent, and the team that attended to me was fantastic!

I would be very happy if you could pass this feedback along to them!

I have a lot to share regarding my experience at St. George Hospital, and while I do have some complaints about certain issues, I want to take a moment to acknowledge the exceptional care my wife received. Right now, while sitting in the birth unit observation room, I want to give a big thumbs up to Bernie Reynolds for her professionalism and dedication. She went above and beyond to address and resolve an issue my wife had been experiencing. Bernadette's experience, thoughtful plan of action, and overall commitment were truly impressive. I also want to extend my gratitude to Surgeon Dashie for her swift and effective approach. While there were a few challenges along the way, the care provided by these professionals made a big difference. Thank you!

I came to the emergency room with extreme pain and nausea. I waited for more than an hour in the waiting room. They called me inside, took my blood, and then sent me back to the waiting room. Later, they inserted a cannula, attempted to take more blood unsuccessfully, and eventually drew blood from the cannula. They gave me IV fluids and made me wait for more than two hours in a chair. When I asked for a bed, they said none were available, and when I requested pain relief, I had to wait another 20–30 minutes. I feel like I’m being neglected.

I went to emergencies last night because I had terrible unbearable pain on my lower belly. When I Asked for doctor appointment at the counter the lady said, “the doctors are only looking after some realistic patients”. That was her exact words. I was not in the condition to argue with her. Just because I didn’t use ambulance doesn’t mean I’m not going through something. As an emergency services, I think you need to consider every patient or at least be mindful of what you’re saying to patient. Turns out I had appendicitis and had to operate somewhere else.

A huge thanks to ED, Resus, Ward 6 Neurology, Radiolody, Medical and non medical staff. Kitchen, wards people, and Cleaning staff included.

I was admitted and treated for 8-9 days as a public in-patient. No amount of $ or private health can beat the incredible service I received.

The fantastic Drs treated me with respect and took time to ensure all required services were provided. The Nurses …….. I give my admiration and respect whole heartedly. Whilst incredibly busy, they still took time out for r a smile or a chat.

I consider myself incredibly lucky to live in a country that provides such efficient and thorough service.

Thank you

Bianca was an absolutely amazing midwife by far the best customer service and advice throughout the whole child delivery, this woman goes over and beyond and many can learn from her. Well done to Bianca and the team.
A star for service and care. I would specifically ask for her for anyone else going through labor.

Let's be clear, this IS the best hospital with best staff by a stretch. I've been to hospitals worldwide.

I'll run you through it. I turned up to A 'n' E 21/7 with decent chest injuries very short of breath. Even though I was just a walk in they got me to triage quick smart and when the nurse quickly assessed I had a collapsed lung, she got me forwarded as quick as possible to x-ray then escorted me straight into surgery (on table within the hour, brilliant young doctor) and waited there whilst it happened. Not only that, she came to visit me after the operation in recovery (so did the chief of medicine type guy who held me together throughout operation- what great staff). Yes that's right, the triage nurse went all the way through with me coz she could see I was freaked out. How caring is that my goodness! I really wish I could remember her name but she would know who she is. Thank you so much for putting my mind at ease

I must also mention a plethora of nurses and doctors/ specialists look after me before and after (I struggled post to embrace the meds, so many people there to help), simply amazing. Michelle who did my CT was lovely too. I could go on but might be too long. Thanks too all. Will never forget it. BEST ON GROUND!!!

Furthermore, I can only think these people who give 1 star are hypochondriacs/time wasters or are just a bit dim. Moral of the story is don't turn up to emergency if you don't have one
