This is a great medical practice to attend. The reception staff are all so friendly and always accommodating with appointments. The Doctors go out of their way with follow ups and very down to earth. Dr. Mary and Dr. Monier are easy to talk with, thorough, knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend this family practice.

I love dr Mary she is so caring and lovely
and I don’t know why the complain about the receptionist, she is honestly the best , always accommodated my last min appointments and my kid’s appointments, and a very lovely person in general.

My mother went for a checkup and a recommendation but was treated with disrespect and complete disregard for her time.

Was told that "You're only a Medicare patient I don't have the time for you and and you only have ten minutes" talked down on and verbally abuse by a 3rd grade doctor.

Will not be returning and filing a report to the HCCC for unprofessional conduct and poor quality of care and treatment.

St George Family Mediclinic is a fantastic medical centre to which our whole family attends. Our family doctor is compassionate, Knowledgeable and kind. She is always willing to help and finds time to assist even though the clinic is busy. We are very lucky to be patients at this clinic and receive such exceptional care.

Exceptional doctors they give their patients so much attention and dedication.. All the time you have waited will come back to you once you meet Dr Monier or Dr Mary.
I’ve never met any doctors like them they absolutely take care of their patient and explain everything thing very clearly so you understand your condition.
Highly recommend them to any one who are looking for top experienced doctor working from their hearts to make sure you get the best treatment. Very happy with their services and my experience with them

Ive been coming here for years. It’s always busy because the doctors are really good. They actually care for you in a genuine way. Secretary always busy and I feel for her. The doctors have taken care of my children for over 15 years and they still come here

Why make appointments if your time means nothing to them. Even early morning appointments I am waiting an extremely long time. Everywhere you look there are signs saying more than 10 mins with the Dr we will charge you...all about the money...bookings back to back overlapped just to get the money in....advice to management: take a step towards time management, its a fundamental skill most adults have, which is why your center is infuriating.

I will never go back. My 2 year old had to wait an hour and a half to be seen for a serious health issue. They overbook their appointments and run behind - not just 20 minutes, but hours late. They are notorious in this area. Give this practice a BIG MISS!
