Dr Vitta was so lovely! Listened to my concerns, talked me through the possible causes and consulted about which of the tests I wanted to proceed with. For me, having an active say in my health is very important and at no point did I feel dismissed. Very positive experience all round.

I took my 4-month-old baby here for a vaccination, and I had an extremely disappointing experience with the nurse, Maya. Upon arrival, she struggled to find a scale to check my baby’s weight. I asked her if she was new, and she confirmed that she was, but mentioned she had experience working at another clinic. Unfortunately, it became clear that her inexperience was a factor during the vaccination.

When administering the liquid vaccine, she poured it into my baby's mouth and nose without any caution. As expected, my baby cried, and there was a significant risk of breathing issues. Despite the crying, Maya continued without pausing, and only when I asked her to stop did she mention that it was her first time doing this procedure. While I understand that everyone has to start somewhere, it is concerning that she did not seek guidance from a more experienced colleague or ask for assistance when she was uncertain.

What was even more troubling was her lack of concern after the incident. There was no immediate acknowledgment of the potential danger or any urgency to ensure my baby's well-being. I only received an apology after I specifically requested one.

I strongly urge the clinic to provide better support and training for new staff members, especially when it comes to handling delicate situations with babies. If your baby’s safety is a priority, I would recommend avoiding nurse Maya for vaccinations or other procedures.

Very friendly and helpful. The location is very conveinent being in the Mal Shopping Centre with ample car parking. I am not sure if they have on-line appointment selection like most medical centres have these days, and I am not sure if they send an SMS advising the patient when they have receive test results. Would certainly recommend this medical centre.

Lovely place. I've seen 3 different doctors here and they've all been lovely (1male, 2 female). All listen openly and are very respectful. The receptionist/nursing assistants are all wonderful and sweet! Place is very clean with a nice modern design. Awesome place to go, this has been my regular practice for over 1 year now.

New to the service I did have issues with transferring Med records from my previous clinic however The team sorted me out. Clean facilities as they're semi new tbh not a fan of the creaky small chairs great for smaller people not Units like myself XD, Admin team are courteous.

Dr May was good and got me on the right meds. Dr Kong did my acupuncture as I had back pain. What a relief as the session was bulk billed. Will continue to rebook if service remains at the standard they offer at present.

You can book via online/phone- Telehealth/In person. They send out sms reminders the day you book and also the day before appt to confirm attendance. A questionnaire is sent that helps the doctors organise the type of care you require however they still ask you the same question on the day I find it saves my time having to explain from scratch especially for more nuanced conditions.

Overall good experience and chemist and toilets are directly opposite the clinic within the shopping mall. There is a 4Cyte pathology inside to the left when you enter for blood samples etc open Mon to Fri 8.30am to 4pm I believe.
