I took my daughter to the health hub Springwood for an iron infusion. We waited over 2 and a half hours before we even got into the room to start the infusion. By the time we walked out my daughter was traumatised!. Not only could they not get the needle into her vain on both arms but they moved on to her hands in which they blew a vain in one of them. Finally getting it into the other hand. They butchered her arms leaving her bruised and very sore. Horrific first experience for her. They should have experienced people doing this rather than incompetent ones. There are no excuses for this sort of incompetence and I would never visit this place again especially when you are paying for a service. The head doctor was rude and extremely rough in what he was doing as he had been called in after several attempts. Even he couldn’t get it right!! When we left there was no warning of side effects or anything like that. . They should be reported for being so unprofessional.
