Okay so let me start by saying I have a very complex medical history. When I was young I fell 12.9 metres (5 floors) head first into a concrete floor ... I still have problems today. I have had many doctors and specialist over the years... but Dr Rezk has been with me a long the way... doctors in general are great but different ... Dr Rezk was really able to help me heal .. and I know I am not the only one he has helped. The staff is great Emma brings a family sensibility and Annette is professional and caring. There is always issues with human interaction so if you have a couple of difficult experiences give it time ... because true healing takes time. All the best 🙂

I find the staff generally nice the dr Is funny jokes are so cool .
Really only go to drs if I really need too 1 of the secretaries is an odd ball but the drs wife is lovely

What is the point of making an appointment when ‘walk in’s’ see the doctor before appointments if they get there before the person with the appointment and push out waiting time to over 2hrs!! Doctors are great but the management of
this practice is appalling. Either make ‘walk in’ days only OR appointment only days . Pick a method & stick to it. Having both on the same day clearly doesn’t work!!!! Over the mis-management of this practice.

Second visit with Dr Rezk.

I was charged $60 after a consultation because I was new (despite seeing him before for a prescription). Receptionist didn't warn me upfront either, felt like a robbery.

After waiting an hour, I told him about my pleural effusion. He said there's a specialist in Katoomba Hospital that could help. I go there and it turns out he's the wrong type of specialist so they send me to Nepean Hospital to see the right specialist.

He is a friendly doctor though, and the patients he has seem to like him so maybe it was just the experience I had. Either way, the unexpected consultation fee, the unfocused attention and careless reference is why I won't be returning here again.

Have been going to this Doctor fo over years there is a wait as he is busy the staff are great, he is a caring and wonderful person that will never let a patient down.
