Every time I have a booked appointment it's at least an hour late, sometimes 2 hours, this time 1hr 20mins. If you're going to have designated times on the website for appointments please give enough time to accommodate this and not over book. This isn't a reflection of Dr Lupisan, who is a fantastic doctor, but rather the system itself. When you feel so unwell or have small children /baby this wait time is unbearable.

My five stars is for Dr Ambar. My feedback is the lack of friendliness at the front desk is disappointing each visit. With over a decades experience as a receptionist myself I have learnt a smile and a few friendly words goes a long way and perhaps people would be less upset with wait times if the receptionists had people/ communication skills

Advice provided by the doctors is very good. The pathology room is too small ,hardly any room to move to close the door .Pathology is next to toilet ,when in use the smell is atrocious .The walls are paper thin you can hear what is said in the consulting rooms from the waiting room.

Love the clinic and all the doctors. I also love being able to book an appointment on line. However I booked an appointment for 11.30am, arrived at 11.25am and got in to see the doctor at 1.35pm !!!!!!?

Reception staff said he wasn’t running late. He was. Very late. If I’d been told the truth I could have rearranged my next appointment but ended up having to leave to honour my next commitment.

Should ring and let patients know if doctors appointment delayed by more then an 1hour
I've had to wait 2hrs and this is too much to ask of patients when they are ill.

I have Dr Kamal as my GP and am extremely happy with him.
And I feel very safe with specialicists he referrers me to
