I had a wonderful experience here. The staff are friendly and professional, and the clinic is clean and well-organised. Dr. Melinda is especially amazing — she’s incredibly kind, patient, and truly takes the time to listen and help. Her care and professionalism made me feel very comfortable and well looked after.🙏🙏🙏

Great clinic. I've seen Dr's Lun, Ong and Dilan who've all been great. Mum's seen Dr Ng who she's very happy with. Appointments on time most of the time. Pathology and nurse on site. I'd give six stars if I could.

The centre has moved from Springvale South to Princess Highway so there may be some confusion if you were an existing patient! The new facilities look fantastic and I'm so glad Dr Melinda Lun is still with the clinic. She is a fantastic communicator, has a great bedside manner and is really knowledgeable. She is very kind and understanding, which is always appreciated. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new GP. Note! You will need to wear a mask at this clinic, if you do not have one, they can sell you one for a dollar.

Very easy to make a booking online with a variety of doctors available for consulting. Amazing experience in the past year with Dr Kim Nguyen he has great attention to detail and really good communication. Never have to wait too long as there are numerous doctors seeing patients.

The clinic is super clean and morden. Doctors Dilan, Dr Kim and Dr Anita are great and professional, except reception. It’s very hard to call the clinic and waiting time is really long. I have given up booking appointment there sometimes.

Shout out to Dr Melinda,
Thank you for hearing me out and listening to my concerns. I appreciate your work to assist with my health issues with prompt actions of investigating and providing a diagnosis asap. The difficult part for me is talking to someone about my deeper level thoughts regarding health wise, as a person that never speaks to anyone relating to health. Very hard to find a good doctor that understands and is able to give you guidance and does not make you feel ashamed or nervous. Was referred here by word of mouth from a dear friend. Excellent! Same goes to Dr Dilan, professional kind spoken, loves to listen and provide you knowledge information.

Hi guys,
I don't normally do reviews but, Dr Kim and the team here really deserve it. Dr Kim is very professional and I never felt that I was rushed out, not even once. I've never been so happy for many years with visits to the doctors. I have been taking my family to this clinic ever since I found out about it. I never once walked out feeling disappointed. There are three receptionists, but I often find that I have to wait sometime just to pay for my consultation a little bit frustrating but I am sure that can improve over time. Also the place is nice and clean!

Dr Kim is truly amazing and professional. He takes time to listen to our concerns and order appropriate tests to investigate the issues. Wait time is 10’ max which is nothing compared to some clinics.
The only downside which should be raised is that the nurse who did our flu vaccinations recently did not perform basic hand hygiene. She walked down to the waiting area wearing gloves. She touched so many things with those gloves then proceeded with the injections without sanitising her hands. And of course, she moved along with another patient without hand hygiene. It was awful to watch.
It is a nice clinic and the issue could be improved.
