I cannot thank Spring Hill Community Mental Health Services enough for their incredible support during one of the most challenging times in my life. From the moment I engaged with them, they provided me with the compassionate, professional, and ongoing care that I desperately needed from a psychiatrist.

Their team assigned me a dedicated case worker, who I saw weekly and who was always available via text whenever I needed a prescription refill, support, or an appointment. The fact that my case worker was also a registered psychologist made a huge difference in my treatment, ensuring that I received not only practical support but also expert psychological guidance.

The care I received was life-changing. They helped put me on the right path to recovery with a combination of medication, therapy, ongoing assessments, and regular check-ups. While recovery is a long journey, I can confidently say that their support and direction have made all the difference.

I am incredibly grateful for the services they provide and would love to find ways to give back to the community to ensure that others experiencing mental health challenges can continue to receive the same level of care. Services like this are invaluable, and I hope they receive the recognition and support they deserve to keep making a difference in people’s lives.

Thank you, Spring Hill Community Mental Health Services, for everything!

They force you doing things that you don't want you do or are unwilling to take part in as well as take medications that you don't want any part of having in your body. The service is rude, short and nothing spectacular. Things like these should not be allowed to run in the government, authority care plans are a complete misjudgment of helping when all they do is put things on you and make things worse.

The receptionists does not take into account that things happen in your life as well. They are inflexible and unhelpful. You cannot ask for worse service than them. Although the doctors are helpful, you see the receptionists and it ruins your day.

If you want to be treated like you are not human this is the place for you. They have zero insight into your life and are so delusional that they believe YOU are the one with no insight. My experiences have led me to believe that most of the staff took on this field of work to find out what is wrong with themselves. They are mostly full of their own self importance. They definitely don't care and if you go there voluntarily then you will get what you deserve for thinking these people care about you. They don't and never will.

if you were in a mental health crisis before speaking to whoever the receptionist is, then you are now!

this woman is possibly the most unkind, unprofessional and unsuitable person to be an admin staff member at a mental health clinic.

STARLOG 36.2B OPERATIONAL REPORT

I enjoyed my stay at the Human Alliance embassy. The Humans there were exceedingly kind and thoughtful and were of great help in my mission. After being dropped off by Human X34A who harbours delusions that she is my biological mother, I was quickly briefed on the situation by the commanding officer of the facility. I am now staying in the padded barracks on the east side of the facility. I continue to recieve mission instructions from high command each night between 12pm-4am through my cranial biocomputer. I have explained the complexity of my peoples signal wavelengths to the curious scientists here. They have explained the Human word for our language is "Paranoid Delusional Schizophrenic Episodes" and gave me a a hard candied lollipop after the informational exchange.

While I enjoyed my stay, I must move on soon. I have learned all I can here and need to continue in my mission. The nutritional pills they have been providing me seem to be interfering with the signals from high command as I have not received a transmission for the past few days. As an honoured guest, my door is always locked and attended each night but I have arranged for another alien that I have met here to assist me in my departure.
