william craddock was too focused on explaining to me that i should be back at work, constantly just listing “stats” instead of helping me further my recovery. i understand people bludge the system but i have a genuine injury and want to get back to work as my work was my life without causing further damage and from the second i walked in he did nothing but tell me his personal stories, when i was there for a second opinion on how i can further my recovery as my physio requested. that appointment was in no way appropriate or professional. i would not recommend seeing him for advice.
