Very rude receptionist - gave me attitude from the first second and then when I said I needed to check my schedule for a Randwick booking, she just hung up. I can see why this place has a bad rep.

Professional, kind, empathetic and extremely helpful. You simply can't ask for more than that when it comes to your medical care. Walking in with a referral for two ultrasounds, I was so gratefully given an appointment on the spot, after expecting that I'd have to wait several worried weeks. This expedited my test results and ensured that the treatment I needed wasn't delayed. The staff were lovely, reassuring, and made me feel cared for and looked after. I simply can't recommend Spectrum enough. Their online portal for test results is also a huge advantage in feeling like you're included in the process of your medical results.
