Honestly amazing service. I walked in to get an eye test, as I was due. I left with an order of sunglasses and glasses. The optometrist was lovely! The lady who helped me pick out my glasses was so understanding and helped me the whole time, with my concerns. She wasn’t rude because I was taking so long, she was there with me the whole time helping me without any attitude, she honestly had a smile the whole time. I feel horrible because I can’t remember her name as I was stressed I was making her time difficult, but it was on Sunday at 3:30. Please tell her she’s amazing at her job! I’m a very happy customer

rude unhelpful staff. went into get a pair of glasses arm tightened sunday arvo. guy spent 10 mins adjusting to the point he complately wrapped my glasses my PDs were that far out i got nauseated had to b adjusted so i could see from other specsavers. only to now find the frames are that badly damaged ive had to purchase a new pair today from a different shop as they cant be straightened. youl be hearing my my lawyer and consumer affairs. absolutely disgusting service.

Service was great at this store,
though after purchasing very expensive glasses x2 pair, One was Jeff Banks brand
I was given x2 very cheap, pleather-covered snap-shut case made of rigid felt, with a press-stud for the closure,
I have been purchasing glasses from Specsavers for about 10 years, never had this problem,

There was not even any discussion whether I wanted the choice to buy a decent case, but it be a better offer to buy than not even asked,
The company should know glasses in cases, is for protection,

To be CLEAR in respect of the staff, this is not there doing, there were very helpful, hard working, efficient in making sure now one was waiting for long periods without being seen, I observed, staff go beyond their duty,
