Wow I don’t think I’ve ever had better customer service or an amazing experience for my first time picking out glasses than I did the other day
first. I want to say thank you for Taryn I believe he was amazing on the phone. Very caring and wonderful Phone presence. then everyone was lovely greeting me in the store. Store looked amazing. It’s got the biggest range in W.A. hundred percent of the range which is handy when you’ve got a big head like me And then beautiful Anna what can I say? She’s a sales gem she knows her stuff and she gave me a great deal with my Medibank private and the deals that were in store leaving with three glasses ordered but everything about her was calming and amazing and her experience made what was a difficult decision very easy. I totally recommend Specsavers. In Gateway, thanks guys. if you do any rewards programs for reviews, I believe Anna and Taryn need a reward for their amazing service.

A huge thank you to Hannah today for her all care and kindness throughout my examination today. Having never experienced a visual migraine before I had an episode at work, and was able to be seen within 30 mins of making an online booking. The kindness and professionalism from all the staff I encountered today was truly humbling and much appreciated. I’m just sorry I never got the name of the lady who greeted me, or the lady who took me through first… I felt quite shaken due to having vision loss and some visual disturbances, and my anxiety was real. I was seen so quickly and the testing was thorough and informative. Thank you to three women today , there is a reason I keep my family coming back to you guys, and to be 100 percent Medicare covered was an added bonus. Keep up the good work and your customer service… it was outstanding today as it has always been. Thank you x

Always such a fantastic experience at Specsavers Gateways, Success. Staff are so lovely and always so attentive to your needs. Clare is absolutely amazing and I am always treated with respect and dignity. In fact I class Clare as a friend. Fantastic range of glasses to choose from. Quick appointment. No waiting. All of the people I interacted with and checked my vision were fantastic. The reception and service was excellent. I always feel welcome here.

I had a terrible experience with this optical store. The first pair of glasses I received had way too much prescription. I went back under the warranty, and they just told me to “wait and let my eyes adjust” — which never happened. After 6 months, I returned because the glasses still didn’t work for me.

They gave me a replacement, but it only got worse. I specifically asked for black lenses on the sunglasses, and they gave me red ones instead. The regular glasses were also extremely tight. They loosened them, but now the arms are too wide and the front is too small — even though they “adjusted” them, they still didn’t fit well.

I had to go back again and wait two more weeks just to get the glasses fixed, and they gave me the same red lenses on the sunglasses again. The regular glasses are still uncomfortable.

Poor service, lack of attention to detail, and too many mistakes. I do not recommend this place at all.

Had an amazing visit and help tonight
The lovely sweet, happy Katrina asked how she could help and asked if I was free to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to help and directed me to some seats
Then the lovely and helpful Levi asked to help, made my glasses not fall forward, from every day use nothing to do with them, checked that they fit well and didn't hit any spots on the back of my head that may cause issues
I ALWAYS find everyone at that store so very helpful and nothing is too much hassle for them
Thank you very much to the managers at that store as i have always found your team that work with you are a reflection of the managers. Thank you very much

Wasn’t happy with the outcome, felt like I was duped into buying anti scratch and UV coating on the lenses, I didn’t ask for it and it wasn’t mentioned to me until I paid for it.
Only went in to get a couple of spare pairs of glasses as I had the available rebate on my health cover and walked out being $114 out of pocket😏
