I have to say I was terrified that I wouldn’t pass my drivers license teast as I need my licence so much as my Husband has been in hospital in Wagga seven times in the last twelve months and I need it so much.The beautiful lady I did my test with was so gorgeous kind and supportive I couldn’t have been happier. All the staff I dealt with were all amazing. Thank you all so very much

Very bad experience. Staff pretend to be nice but actually they are not. I ask for tax invoice. The lady gave me tax invoice and rudely said….. it. Is. A. Taxxx. Invoice.. I feel discriminated as I am Indian. She thinks I don’t have much knowledge about English. Also, behaviour changes when I denied for frame and eye drops… suddenly her behaviour changes.. I booked my eye checkup and they just wasting time.. I feel it’s a waste of time and money plus free insult.

Otherwise professional staff but when I picked the frames I liked and went back a few days later to get my eye test done and pay for them, one of the frames had gone out of stock. So I picked another frame and payd anyway.
They told me to wait 2-3 weeks.
3-4 weeks went by I still no glasses, I called the and bloke on the phone sayd that second frame is still in post. Ok, I'll wait.
I called again after 5 weeks, and still the second frame was in the post.....
Only when I went to the store in person to get answers, then things started moving. Turned out the other pair that I had re picked had gone out of stock too. But instead of looking into the matter, the previous person I had spoken to on the phone decided just to blame the post.
Overall it took me 9 weeks to receive both pairs of glasses. Not a good experience!

Staff professional and very helpful during all of my 4 visits in 3 weeks. Extremely happy with my outcomes with Sunny and the lovely ladies who assisted me. Great range of frames and only 1 week to receive them. Keep up the great work!
