I recently had the pleasure of visiting Specsavers Beaudesert during my rural GP rotation, and I must say, it was quite a refreshing and positive experience compared to a previous visit to another branch in Brisbane.
The two optometrist assistants went above and beyond to accommodate my somewhat finicky fitting adjustments, as well as a last-minute case change request. Their professionalism and attention to detail were much appreciated.
The optometrist conducted a thorough eye examination, meticulously adjusting my prescription. Even when I struggled to articulate why my previous lenses hadn't worked for me, she took the time to fine-tune until I felt confident in the results.
I’m incredibly grateful to the team at Specsavers Beaudesert for their exceptional service. I almost feel as if I underpaid for their services. If I’m not placed too far away, I’ll gladly return in the future. Until then, I’ll be enjoying my stylish Vivienne Westwood reading glasses!

From the moment I made the phone call to Specsavers Beaudesert I was treated with courtesy and respect and that continued through the initial testing process and the appointment with the optometrist to the wonderful assistance I received choosing the awesome frames. I had been to another optometrist but had not been happy with the result. The prescription I received from Specsavers Beaudesert is absolutely perfect and I can finally see clearly again. I am writing this review with a heavy heart. After 16 years as a loyal customer of Beaudesert specsavers their optometrist made a mistake on my script and I have the much rigmarole I have been left out of pocket with inadequate glasses. Specsavers Beaudesert have not offered a solution other than buying another pair at an exorbitant price shame on you I will never return to you again.
