Such amazing service at the Aspley store. Lance literally went above and beyond to help me today, making sure I wasn’t missing out on any deals, helping me pick the frames that best suited my face after seeing my struggles, and popping my lens out of the broken frames and popping them into another pair for free. Minnie was also so fantastic. Thank you so much!

I’ve had three interactions at this Specsavers, and each one was excellent. Although I’m not great with names, every team member provided clear, informative, and professional service. The optometrist was thorough, explained my requirements clearly, and had a great sense of humor, making the experience easy and enjoyable. The sales consultants guided me through frame styles, price differences, and the benefits of each option, ensuring I made the best choice. When it came to collecting my glasses, I arrived 30 minutes early, but this was no issue—I only waited five minutes before being assisted. Fantastic service from the whole team!

I visited Specsavers at Hypermarket Aspley today for an annual eye test & I was really well looked after. I met up with Amy initially & she couldn’t have nicer with her manner & is a very professional yet very personable young lady. Melissa was the Optometrist who took over & really helped me through more testing & allaying my concerns regarding a few problems with the condition of my eyesight.
I decided to go for another pair of glasses & Jason took over & patiently assisted me until I decided on a suitable pair.
This is a great branch with excellent staff & an amazing selection of frames etc.

I love my glasses! The styles have in store now are really stylish, and not over priced.

The Aspley team are really lovely too. I was trying on glasses for such a long time, and I'm quite picky. They were so helpful when I asked for assistance, but not pushy or made you feel like you had any time limits or pressure.
You can swap lenses as well, so I turned one pair into sunglasses because I preferred that frame.

The Optometrist fine tuned my script which has been great too. It makes a huge difference.
They seem to have a really great team down there. I highly recommend them.
