Terrible experience...I first attended mid-Nov 2024 and 4 months later (mid-March 2025) I still do not have glasses that suit me. They got the script wrong twice and then on the third try the lab "lost" my job!! They did not have the courtesy to call me about the delay and then implied that it had been my fault. Very, very unhappy with the service here. The only positive is that they did agree to refund me my original outlay.
