Had a bad experience at this clinic. Firstly the appointment was very rushed, asked to take pathology tests and go from there, which was fine. After a week I called to get my results, very rude receptionist who had no time for me and told me I had to just wait to hear from the doctor. Took 2 more calls of the same nature and 2 weeks to get a call back from a different doctor to tell me they have no record of me being asked to take a pathology test and the results they had of mine had nothing to do with the issue I came in for. Promosed I would get a call back from the original doctor to explain haven't heard anything after a month. Luckily I saw a GP at a different clinic where the issue led to me having a medical procedure. Please review your clinic and practice standards.

Reception professional, kind and efficient. GP incredibly disrespectful and perhaps my worst experience with a doctor.

Went in with a second ear infection. He was irritated from the start saying it was my fault for cleaning my ears too much. Doctor became irritated when I asked if my ear infection might also be a sinus infection as my head was sore. I explained that I wanted to be sure it was correct as I was in severe pain and last time I was given 1 type of antibiotics and had to return to doctor for a 2nd type also when pain worsened. He became visibly irritated and snapped “if you have a problem with the doctors here and don’t trust us then find another clinic”. He did not check my chest despite the fact I was coughing until I vomited yesterday. He was visibly irritated with any questions & offended - I was in severe pain and wanted to be sure this time. He did not stipulate how long to take my ear drops for causing me to have to call the practice as the pharmacist queried this also. He seemed disinterested in my pain or pain management and unhelpful despite the pain being intense. I felt as though from the moment I walked into his office he had formed a view of whether he respected me. He didn’t even greet me or ask me what had brought me in, he just stared at me and then said very little. Last time at my appointment with him, at the conclusion he have me the script, stared ahead on his computer and didn’t even say goodbye or respond when I thanked him. I couldn’t help but suspect that he looks down his nose at patients & just sees them as bodies to earn money from treating

Took mum in to this surgery as her usual surgery had no appointments left. Had a wonderful experience! The receptionist was lovely and so accommodating and Dr Tan was so caring and compassionate towards mum. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

So far, this is the worst clinic I have ever had. Although it is easy to get an appointment, there is always a very long waiting time, and the consultation process is very rushed. During the consultation, I always feel that I am being rushed. They are very indifferent to the patient's mental health issues. The nurse also made a low-level mistake by writing down the baby's growth measurement data incorrectly. At the same time, the GP missed recording the results of the baby's 6-week checkup. I highly do not recommend it and it is not worth the cost. I'm happy to give zero star if the system allows.

**Review**

I understand that the pathology center operates independently from the clinic, but I was shocked by my recent experience. I had an appointment with the doctor at 7 AM, which ended 15 minutes later. I took number 1 and waited. A gentleman arrived and sat in front of me. When the woman called “next” at 7:30, he pushed his way through, and when I objected, he shut the door in my face.

I already struggle with blood tests, so this experience was overwhelming and stressful. The rudeness of ignoring the number system was frustrating. When it was my turn, the phlebotomist had difficulty drawing my blood, jabbing me three times, which added to my stress and discomfort. Despite consenting, the experience was definitely a negative one.

However, my follow-up visit on Friday morning was a complete turnaround. The lady who attended to me was prepared and had the number system in place. She demonstrated an amazing bedside manner, distracting me with polite conversation. She was efficient, skilled, and her presence was calming. The procedure was effortless, and I didn’t feel rushed.

Whoever hired this woman greatly underestimated the asset she brings to this clinic. She truly deserves recognition and a raise for her exceptional service.

Receptionists are always very rude. The doctor wrote me a referral to somewhere that wasn’t taking any new patients. I called and asked for a referral elsewhere, and they refused to help me without coming back in for another appointment (literally was there one day ago for the referral).
