The team at Group HIS patiently worked with us to understand our design needs and then successfully delivered the fantastic end product on a tight timeframe. Based on our experience we would NEVER recommend them ( Group His in general) to any prospective client. Everything is good until you raise an issue or point out their shoddy work - it is now 4 years of trying to get them to fix or rectify their problems. At first they came up with worse (cheaper) solutions followed by no communication despite more then two years of cumulative emails and attempts to communicate. Jairo ( the owner/head) promised to fix everything and then...... silence. Incredibly disappointed with their service and would highly recommend you look elsewhere for your fitout - if it was possible to give them 0 stars, we would.
