It was the best spa treatment I've had, would highly recommend. The view was incredible, and despite the storm outside the beds were heated and we were covered so were actually the perfect temperature. The facial was luxurious, my skin has been glowing since. I would highly recommend the chemical peel and hot oil head massage add ons!

Could not be happier. It was the best spa treatment I have had. I did the hour Wellness massage and added the foot treatment and scalp oil/hot towel. Honestly, bliss... thanks to Sophie and Carolina. Will definitely be repeat customers.

The location is perfect, the views are magnificent. We were in the room with the terrace and the problem with the sliding doors to the balcony was obvious from the start, however we did receive attention from Rupert the GM and the maintenance staff before the end of our stay. It certainly made access much easier.
Food at Rick's was terrific and would highly recommend an afternoon lazing by the pool with a 'Tommy's margarita'. Special mention to the playlist - music selections were spot on!

Nice place, lovely staff - However the standard of rooms, amenities and service simply don't live up to the price.

When paying $700+/night for a room, you expect a certain standard - and unfortunately we were left disappointed. Rooms are nice, but also tired, and in need of renovation.

Unfortunately, there is little else in terms of competition in the area.

Food at Rick's was tasty, but again, not commensurate with the price - "nice modern Australian" at hatted restaurant prices.

Won't be back.

Great location, comfortable and nice rooms with a fantastic view. Would have been 5-stars if not for the noise, walls etc aren't well insulated, as a result you hear a lot of exterior noise in the room... With the premium price I expect quiet.

My daughter just had 3 amazing days on her Honeymoon at Bannisters Mollymook. She was thrilled to bits at her room and with the food. She said she could look at the view from her pillow and watch the beautiful sunrise. The team there spoiled them with recognition and a gift. Thank you so much Bannisters. A happy daughter means an even happier Dad (who paid for it). Now I want to go to Bannisters!

Very slow and tardy service. On arrival, no explanation of how things work, how to order or anything, led us to our seat and walked off.

Waited ages for somebody to take our order, even initial drinks. Took ages to receive our food and drinks.

Was told that a plate of chips were on the house because they were an hour late but still
Charged us. They said that they split bills yet the woman that took our money still got annoyed.

Understand a few people were there but if they are going to market themselves as a premium venue and charge accordingly, damn well ensure you can deliver.

Nice view though.
