Probably the best cuctomer experience I've had. I had several questions prior to buying my Air Mini and all were answered superbly. The unit arrived 2 days (!) after I ordered it. I have called again for some follow up queries and the team were superb. Knew all the answers, were understanding and made sure I understood. No problem recommending Sove CPAP to anyone.

Great place to buy a CPAP machine. I just got a referral from an online bulk billing doctor, sent my order, and got the CPAP and accessories fairly quickly. They offered me good customer service and I'm very happy I bought it from them. Their pricing beat everyone else.

The CPAP was indeed paid for by my health fund. They issued me with a tax invoice and I was able to claim it.

Leanne was also very helpful, even post purchase. I'm very impressed so far and will be purchasing accessories from them moving forward.

Sove was a great find for me! I had been looking at replacement masks and hoses in my local pharmacies and their prices were prohibitive. Sove had exactly what I needed to suit the machine I use, so I'm very happy. Plus their prices are considerably better!

Great service when I was looking for two CPAP machines suitable for travel.
Given we were not in their home state I was concerned about support but they were great, went above and beyond in helping me.
Very helpful in deciding what consumables to buy given we will be travelling for a couple of months.
Best of all great support setting the machine up, they even provided a video link which made it easy to follow and set the two machines up to our prescribed settings rather than leaving them on auto.
Happy to recommend Sove CPAP Clinic.

I placed and order on line to pay via Afterpay and the email I recieved confirmed that order but I rediefed no payment confirmation nor order shipping details On contacting them a couple of days later I was told that it had not gone through and that I needed to do the payment process over the phone. Poor communitcation.
