The buying process was simple but after sales service is a disaster.
It is impossible to speak to anyone and you have to leave a message, it took over 24 hours to get a call. the chat program were unable to help and told me to ring so that was a waste
Although once I did finally get a call back the service was excellent. just impossible to talk to anyone in a timely manner

Very helpful on the phone and were quite efficient and professional on that forum. Only problem arose with delivery. After 7 days with no notification I contacted again and was told there had been some minor misunderstanding with Sove thinking I was going to pick the new machine up or something like that, even though I live in Adelaide. Anyway, we sorted that out and I than asked to have the new machine sent out by some form of express delivery which was agreed to on the phone. I obviously needed the new machine ASAP. It was not sent out by any form of express delivery which disappointed me, taking another 7 days to arrive. I was not going to complain but they have asked for feedback so I have promptly provided.
