Doctors are supportive and helpful, I’ve made an iron infusion . It was not painful and very accurate. You can trust this team not only your health but your expensive belongings like I did (my laptop and iPad) while you busy. (I went to chemist because I I didn’t know I have to bring the iron liquid). My bad. Thank you very much.

I was grateful that reception was able to get me in to see a doctor quickly without an appointment and they were efficient and pleasant. Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience with Dr. Bromberg. I appreciate wanting to be efficient but found the visit extremely rushed and felt dismissed and belittled for asking questions.

I called in to get my Mirena removed but then the receptionist booked in a 10min consultation with my GP. Luckily, Dr Valerie was happy to assist me in removing my Mirena rather than rescheduling me despite she is already running behind her time slots. Furthermore, there is no nursing assistant or even a blanket to cover myself up for the examination. I don't mind it with Dr Valerie and working in healthcare, I know how quick a Mirena device can be removed. But then, this is unacceptable in general respect and what is it's a male doctor? The receptionist needs to be more alert in booking in those appointments and the GP practice should extend a little more time for consultations cause what can you achieve in 10mins? Just my feedback and review..

Iron infusion for our daughter. Everyone at the practice courteous and quick, Dr Andy was excellent with a great bedside manner. He put our daughter at ease instantly with information and sense of humour. The procedure went well and quickly, the treatment room was new and clean. Recommended.

Sergey Bromberg is a great professional. He is my doctor for over 5 years now, and I am so happy to have him.
When i book appointments, I almost never have to wait and get to see him on time booked.

Very happy with this clinic. GP Dr Bromberg is caring and friendly, great professional, supports my whole family for more than 10 years. Nursing and Patology collector teams are doing miracles, and Receptionists are quick and efficient too.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Bromberg, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. My appointment started over 60 minutes late, and while I was in the room, the doctor began a telehealth consultation with another patient just moments after I sat down, with no explanation or apology. During my appointment, he prescribed antibiotics for the other patient while simultaneously typing and printing my documents.

Once the phone call ended, Dr. Bromberg appeared eager to finish and seemed frustrated when I mentioned needing something else. He suggested I should have mentioned it during the telehealth call, which I found unprofessional and dismissive. If the nature of my visit had been more sensitive, I would have felt uncomfortable and disrespected by the lack of attention and respect.

Additionally, I was concerned for the other patient on the telehealth call, as they too likely did not receive the doctor’s full attention or privacy during that appointment.

I have always had positive experiences with other doctors at this practice, such as Dr. Cairo, Dr. Morrell, Dr. Tan, and Dr. Wong, who are always kind, attentive, and thorough. I give them all 5 stars.
Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Bromberg fell short of these standards, and I would not recommend him based on this visit.

Doctor was nice - young female receptionist was extrelemley unmprofessional . She was on hold when in arrived (nit talking) made me wait 10 minuets , wouldn't acknowledge me or say she wont be a moment ?i actually said ill take a seat- still no response! another 5 minutes passed and she finally was having he phone call , whilst checking he mobile phone and she eventually asked my name and checked me in. She did this to everyone who approached the desk - she did not greet them or acknowledge then until she was finished scanning or being on hold or waiting for someone on the phone to answer- she was on her mobile the whole time checking whatever / one person walked out because she wasn’t greeted and was standing there for 10 minutes- no empathy , no admin professionalism or customer service skills what so ever . My appointment ran 40 minutes late and not one word from any reception staff - very poor standards
